Most of the items in our online brochure can be embroidered which offers a high quality finish to your garment.

The quality of your final embroidered logo will depend on the quality of your original artwork.
If you are a company or a club and already have an established logo, then probably a letterhead or compliment slip will be adequate for us to work from but we would prefer a JPEG or EPS file with pantone colours if possible. All MAC artwork must be saved to a PC format.

We may have to alter small parts of your logo (i.e. very fine details or little lettering) to enable the embroidery machines to achieve a high quality finish.
For a left breast logo most designs fit within an area of 90mm x 90mm, if you require embroidery on a cap, your design must not be more than 55mm tall.
Once we have your logo artwork, an embroidery design disk can be produced. The cost depends on the number of stitches in your design, and is charged at £7.00 per 1000 stitches (ex vat) an average left breast design is about 6000 stitches.

This is a once only charge and your design will be stored on our computers awaiting your next order.
The most common style used for standard lettering is shown below. This tends to be best for breast pocket size. (approx 4” or 10 cm across) This is about 13 to 15 letters or spaces to fit on one line.

If you require only lettering and one of our standard fonts is acceptable we will charge only £10.00 (ex vat) for a left breast size and £20.00 for a back size.
This is a once only charge and your design will be stored on our computers awaiting your next order.
If your design has up to 6000 stitches there is no additional cost to the prices shown, if your design has more than 6000 stitches please add 20p per 1000 stitches to the price. For additional embroidered designs (right breast, sleeve, back of neck, etc) prices start from £1.75.
