Q.	Do you have a minimum order?
A.	No.  We are happy to supply any quantity.
Q.	Why do I need an embroidery design disk I already have artwork?
A.	To operate an embroidery machine your artwork has to be turned into a special language that the machine can read. This is a skilled job and is one of the main elements of high quality embroidery.
Q.	How long will my order take?
A.	Normally within 2 weeks including the Design Origination. But if there is an emergency just ask and we will do what we can.
Q.	How much does design origination cost?
A.	Please see our embroidery and printing sections for full details.
Q.	Can I use the Design again?
A.	Yes. The embroidery design is kept on file forever. Due to size of print screens and the difficult of storage the screen is held for six months.
Q.	I already have a embroidery design disk, can you use it?
A.	Yes. If it is in any of the main embroidery formats but we can not guarantee the quality of the design.
Q.	I have got my own garments will you embroider them for me?
A.	Yes. We will give you a price when we see the design.
Q.	Do you supply Children’s Clothing?
A.	Yes.  Please have a look at our children’s section.
Q.	Can you Embroider caps?
A.	Yes.
Q.	I want names of individuals embroidered on my garments can you do that?
A.	Yes. Monogramming is £2.50 (ex vat) per garment. Please see our embroidery section
Q.	I only want the name of my company/club embroidered on the garments do I have to pay for design origination disk?
A.	If one of our standard fonts is suitable then we can create an origination for £10 (ex vat). Please see our embroidery section.
Q.	Once the order is complete how do you send it to me?
A.	We will send it by next day delivery at a cost of £8.15 (ex vat) for a consignment up to 20kgs.
Q.	What happens if I have ordered the wrong size or colour garment?
A.	Sorry but if the garment has been embroidered or printed it cannot be exchanged.
Q.	I think I know what garments I would like but I’m not sure how much it will cost me.  i.e. if I have more than one logo or the logo is very large?
A.	Please go to the ordering section and click on the "quote" fill out the required boxes and we will be happy to confirm the cost as soon as possible.
Q.	What is a “typical embroidery” that is included in the price of the garment?
A.	A typical embroidery is a design up to 6000 stitches.
Q.	Will you reproduce our logo in the exact colours?
A.	If you are able to supply us with the pantone colours and / or hard copy, print design can normally be matched, embroidery design we will use the nearest colour thread possible.
Q.	How ca H   How can I make payment?
A.	We accept cash and cheques only at the moment. Returned cheques carry an administration of £15.00.
