Delivery:

We offer two options either to your home address or to your Nursery.

When you reach the checkout please state if you wish your order to be delivered to your home address or the nursery by filling the appropriate address details required.

We aim to dispatch your order within 10-15 working days, subject to stock, following the date your order is placed.

If an item is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail.

Cost £9.95 + vat

A signature is required on receipt of delivery  

Returns:

You may return goods to us at your expense within 14 days of receiving them.
Please contact us for a Returns Authorisation Number before sending them.
All goods must be returned unused and in original packaging clean and dry (Health and Safety Act 1974).
Wrongly ordered items will be exchanged (a delivery charge will be made) or refunded minus the original delivery charge.
Customers are strongly advised to use recorded delivery for returns as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.
Faulty items must be returned clean and dry (Health and Safety Act 1974).
A refund or exchange will only be issued after inspection of goods (and return for inspection by manufacturer if necessary).
Please allow up to 14 days for this to take place.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please note that embroidered or printed items cannot be returned unless there is an error in the printing which is our fault.
Please take extra care in writing the name to be printed (Print in capitals)
